1. Agreement
By approving a proposal, estimate, invoice, or written project scope from Creations IQ, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. A project may also include additional written terms specific to the scope, timeline, payment schedule, or deliverables.
2. Services
Creations IQ provides website strategy, user interface design, front-end build, landing page design, responsive layout work, launch preparation, and related digital services. Exact deliverables are defined in the approved scope before work begins.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, brand assets, content, account access, feedback, approvals, and any required third-party permissions. Delays in feedback, content, or access may affect the project timeline.
4. Payments
Payment terms are confirmed in the proposal or invoice. Deposits, milestone payments, and final balances are due according to the agreed schedule. Final files, launch assistance, or transfer of completed assets may be paused until outstanding balances are paid.
5. Revisions and Scope
Included revisions are limited to the approved scope. Requests that materially change page count, functionality, creative direction, integrations, copy volume, or technical complexity may require a revised estimate or additional approval.
6. Ownership
After full payment is received, the client receives ownership of final custom website deliverables created specifically for the project, excluding pre-existing tools, templates, internal methods, licensed assets, third-party software, fonts, plugins, and platform code governed by separate licenses.
7. Third-Party Services
Web hosting, domains, analytics, payment processors, form services, plugins, fonts, stock assets, and other third-party tools may have their own pricing and terms. The client is responsible for third-party fees unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Launch and Support
Launch support covers agreed launch tasks and reasonable checks at the time of release. Ongoing maintenance, updates, monitoring, troubleshooting, hosting support, or content changes after launch require a separate agreement unless included in the approved scope.
9. Portfolio Use
Creations IQ may reference completed work in its portfolio, case studies, social posts, or marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before launch.
10. Limitation of Liability
Creations IQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost revenue, lost data, platform outages, third-party service failures, search ranking changes, or business interruption. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project service giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
Creations IQ may update these terms as services evolve. The version in effect at the time a project is approved applies to that project unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
